  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp honey, divided
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups raspberries
  • 2 cups raspberry juice
  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds (we omitted this)

Peanut butter and jelly pair once again but in frozen form!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp honey, divided
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups raspberries
  • 2 cups raspberry juice
  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds (we omitted this)

Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter, yogurt, milk, 2 tablespoons of the honey, and the vanilla extract in a food processor or blender; process until smooth.
  2. In a spouted cup, combine the raspberries and raspberry juice.
  3. Partially fill small paper cups with the peanut butter mixture. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
  4. Partially fill small paper cups with the raspberry mixture. Insert the sticks. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
  5. Fill the paper cups with the remaining peanut butter mixture. Freeze for at least 8 hours.
  6. Remove from the freezer; let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before removing the pops from the paper cups.
  7. Spoon some of the remaining honey around the rim of each pop.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the honey to coat.
  9. Enjoy peanut butter and jelly flavors in a whole new package!

    Not sure my comment went through, got an error message. Anyway, had to look twice at this. My grandson loves his PB & J but I’ve never heard of something like this in a popsicle. Ya never know until you try it.

    I am a PB&J addict (and the word addict is an understatement) Since I’m on a low carb/sugar diet right now, I’m going to substitute Sweet N Low for the honey and make these. SO excited, thank you!
